Hawaiian Flower Centerpiece

Hawaiian islanders living now in Marin wanted a long and low cen­ter­piece with the flavor of the Islands. Yukiko’s cen­ter­piece design here brings together white peonies, anthuriums, phae­lanopsis and other orchids on a bed of green leaves.
Tropical and Hawaiian flowers are often arranged in tall designs to heighten the drama of their sharp, angular shapes and vibrant colors. This long and low arrange­ment in whites and green expresses a subtle feeling of the Islands.
